The house features 3 bedrooms, 2 1/2 baths, a state of the art kitchen, and will accommodate 6 adults comfortably (or up to 8 people if at least two are children).

Charleston Beach House is adjacent to Seabrook Island's beautiful beach club, with three sparkling pools, game room, and restaurant, as well as the clubhouse for Seabrook's two world-class golf courses, Ocean Winds (designed by Willard Byrd) and Crooked Oaks (designed by Robert Trent Jones). A short drive away are Seabrook's tennis center, consistently ranked among the top 50 tennis resorts in the U.S. and featuring 15 Har-Tru courts, as well as Seabrook's renowned equestrian center, with its 42 stalls and miles of trails that wind through the oaks, marshes, and beach.
